“Good idea,” Travis said. “I know the place gets cleaned on a regular basis, and it already has the basics like sheets and towels. I can get your things, and theirs, delivered to the condo. I’ll call in for groceries and have someone there to put them away.”
“That would be great.”
“I’ll get them out of here. Try to get some rest.”
Trey slapped Travis on the shoulder. “Thanks again, man.”
“Always.”
He waited until the door closed behind them before carrying a chair over to the side of her bed and then sitting down. This put him at the perfect angle to see and study her face.
She really was beautiful, even with the dark bruises and swelling, and he was already attracted to her. She had long dark-blonde hair and blue eyes. He’d only gotten a glimpse of them before she ducked her head the day before, but he remembered they were a bright blue.
She was smaller than any woman he’d ever been with, but from what he’d seen so far, all the littles were on the small side.
He hoped they would have a mutual attraction. It will help build a relationship if that was what they decided. He hoped he saw the hellion everyone talked about because all he’d seen was her being timid, and there was no way she’d be able to deal with him if she were shy like that.
