I look at Bryan and flash him a grin. “It’s more like that than you know.” I wink.

Setting my nearly empty glass beside Jamison’s, I follow in his footsteps. By the time I make it to them, Jamison has already got Rayn in his arms, his hands on her ass, and his tongue in her mouth. I come up behind Rayn and plaster my chest against her back. Unlocking their lips, Rayn looks at me over her shoulder.

“I think you got Jamison all hot and bothered with your filthy dancing.”

One of her brows goes up. “Only Jamison?”

I kiss the side of her neck then whisper in her ear. “Let’s put it this way, baby. You’re lucky I’ve only had a couple of drinks tonight and I have a few working brain cells left, or I’d have you bent over, fucking your tight pussy while Jamison feeds you his cock.” I emphasize this by pressing my hard-on against her ass.

From the heated and needy look that enters her eyes, I’d say she isn’t completely opposed to the idea. Fortunately for her, I’m a possessive bastard and don’t want anyone besides Jamison seeing what she has to offer. I don’t mind giving them a little tease though.

Placing my hands on her hips, I slide one around to her front, wedging them between Jamison and Rayn’s body. From there, they head south until I reach the apex of her thighs. The skirt she has on is thin, so when I press my hand between her legs, I easily seek out and find her clit. I trail kisses from her shoulders and up her neck, feeling the vibrations of her low whimpers against my lips.

Jamison grinds his shaft against the back of my hand. If we were at home, I’d have Rayn straddle Jamison so I could easily go back and forth between eating Rayn’s pussy and sucking Jamison’s cock.

I feel curious eyes on us, but I ignore them as I continue to grind my hand against Rayn, using her pussy to pull her back against my cock.

“Shit.”

I lift my head at Jamison’s sharp curse, and find him looking over my shoulder toward the front of Whiskey’s. Rayn and I both turn to see what’s caught his attention. Just inside the doorway is Rayn’s mom and Jamison’s dad. Both pairs of eyes are trained on us.

“Oh God,” Rayn mutters. My hand is resting on her hip, and I feel her stiffen. “This is bad.”

I take a step closer and say low in her ear. “No matter what happens, we’re in this together.”

She looks at me, and a fraction of her stress melts away.

Jamison grabs her attention by taking her hand. “Remember what I said the other night?” He doesn’t give her time to answer. “What they think or feel doesn’t matter when it comes to our happiness.”

She bites her lip, but nods. “Okay.”

Lifting her hand, he kisses the back of it. “Let’s get this over with.”

I walk behind them as they cross the room. When they stop in front of their parents, I stay back a couple of feet. Just enough to give them a bit of privacy, but close enough should Baxter or Olivia say something that upsets Rayn.

“Mom? What are you doing here?”

Olivia doesn’t answer right away. She looks down at Jamison’s hand holding Rayn’s then looks past them to me. She brings her eyes back to her daughter, a frown pulling down her brows.

“Bryan and Charlotte invited us. We figured we’d stop by for a few minutes.”

“At Whiskey’s? Have you ever been here before?”

“Of course, I have. Your father and I used to come here all the time with Baxter and Trudy when we were younger. I may be your mother, but we had fun here at Whiskey’s back in the day. Before Leo Copeland bought the place.” She looks around the room. “It looks a lot different than it used to.”

Rayn shifts closer to her mother. “Mom, listen, what you saw–”

Olivia cuts her off, her sharp gaze pinning Rayn in place. “Now’s not the time or place. We’ll talk about it tomorrow.”

Baxter, who’s been quiet as he silently watches the exchange between his wife and her daughter with an unreadable expression, moves closer and places an arm around her waist. Jamison is still beside Rayn with his arms now crossed over his chest.

Rayn frowns, but jerks her head up and down. “Okay, Mom.”

Olivia, seeing the crestfallen look on Rayn’s face, offers a smile and leans in to kiss her cheek. “We’ll talk tomorrow.” She turns her head to Baxter. “I believe I’ve changed my mind. Let’s get out of here and grab a movie instead.”

We watch as they leave. Rayn’s shoulders droop, her good mood from a few minutes ago gone.

I take her hand. “Come on. The night’s still young, and I think you could use another drink. Forget about your mom and Baxter for the rest of the night.”

Her eyes move to me and she smiles, but it’s not the carefree one I love so much.

The three of us go to the bar, and I order us a shot of whiskey. After we throw them back, we move back to the dance floor, where I work at distracting Rayn from the tense conversation she’s sure to have tomorrow.
