Lucky grinned at me, nodding eagerly. Stark looked like he was about to explode with joy. Toby reached out to hold my hands, and Wes remained literally on the edge of his seat, waiting for my answer. If I wanted to go to Paris to paint, then they were definitely all on board.
“This is amazing,” I gushed emotionally. “I just can’t believe you would do this for me.”
“Anything for our bride-to-be,” Toby reminded me as he spun my engagement ring on my finger. “Anywhere in the world is home for us, as long as we are with you.”
I didn’t know when I would go to Paris, or if I would even go at all, but it was really nice to know that I had the option. That my men supported me so much they would do anything for me. I couldn’t wait for the moment the “to be” part was gone and I was their bride for real. But not in some fancy wedding for everyone else, a ceremony just for us.
I jumped up screaming and hugged them all with happy tears streaming down my face. Maybe it was the hormones making me overly emotional or perhaps it was the fact that my life definitely couldn’t get any better. Either way, I was so grateful to be right here, right now, in the middle of my happily ever after.
