“Hey.”
The smack came out of nowhere.
“Watch where you’re wiggling that, baby. Jameson took it easy on you before. I’m a bit different when it comes to fucking my woman’s ass.”
“Oh God, please, Jax. Please go slowly,” she begged. She shivered from his words, the deep tone of his voice, and of course the fact that he referred to her as his woman. She could only dream such a fairy tale would come true.
He ran his hand up her spine and took hold of her hair. She felt the chills run over her flesh as her breasts pushed forward and her lips parted.
“You’re done being an escort. There’s nothing to discuss.” He covered her lips with his own and kissed her quickly on the mouth just as his words sunk in. She wanted to protest to say what gave him the right, but he chose that moment to part her ass cheeks and press some lube to her anus. Jameson thrust upward and held her neck and cheek in his large hand.
“Come down here and kiss me. I love the way you taste,” Jameson said and drew her in for a heavy kiss. A moment later, as his tongue stroked her mouth, Jax pressed his cock through the tight rings and thrust balls deep. Pulling from Jameson’s mouth she moaned as the burning and full sensation filled her.
“Oh God, I can’t take it.”
“You will take it,” Jameson said then thrust upward.
“Escorting job is finished. Understood,” Jax said then began to stroke into her ass as Jameson counterthrust into her pussy. She was on a roller coaster of emotions. They wanted her. They were so big and hard and sexy, why not allow them to control her? Then came the fears of being hurt and disappointed. It was the cycle of her life. But with every stroke, with every endearment of passion and desire that left their lips or encased her with their bodies and hands, she relinquished her hold on independence. It ultimately led her to believe that happiness could be reached. The questions was, could she give up that control completely and allow two men to care for her while she let go of her past and all its mistakes?
Chapter 9
“So things didn’t go quite as planned,” Buster told Clover as he joined him outside of the Centurion Estate.
“Why not? It was simple enough and Ellington is a pro at what he does. There’s not a slimier womanizer in existence.”
“Yeah, well, Mariana had bodyguards. Jax and Jameson Spaulding.”
Clover squi
nted his eyes and tried to stand straight without swaying. He was a bit drunk. A precelebration of what was to come.
“That wasn’t planned. How far did Ellington go?”
“From what I found out, he was straddling her on the floor, about to force her into submitting.”
“Hmmm. That must have been a sight. I knew that Ellington would jump at the opportunity to have Mariana. She is quite stunning and youthful. There’s almost a pure innocence about her. Virginal, actually.”
“Yeah, well, she disappeared.”
“Probably back to Freda’s. That woman has taken a major liking to Mariana.” Clover began to walk toward his limo and Buster followed.
“What would you like me to do next?”
“Maybe let the rumor start. Let them know that someone is trying to frazzle them and will take anything that is valuable from them. Perhaps a small but direct message that states I’ll go as far as I have to for revenge. That should keep them unhappy.”
Buster smiled. “I’ll take care of that. What about the information on the Spaulding brothers possibly being hired as security for Darian Rothesburgh? The heist you were planning could be compromised.”
“X-Caliber hasn’t gotten the contract yet. I was schmoozing with Rothesburgh earlier. I put in a good word about Pro Tech Security being the best. As long as he uses them, then the heist will be successful. When Rothesburgh has those one-of-a-kind paintings delivered to the community gallery show next month, they’ll disappear. I have men in place and the security will be easy to penetrate with Pro Tech in charge. I had people placed in the security company a year ago in preparation for this event. How stupid of Rothesburgh to even allow such fine and unique pieces to be on display in a community center hotel. We got this. We’ll work it out. Just send the message.”
Clover smiled as he got into his limo and left the estate.

Mariana got out of the shower and found a thick, fluffy, black robe sitting folded on the bathroom vanity. She was completely in awe of the bathroom in the penthouse and the huge walk-in shower with way too many showerheads. Jameson had a remote control that set the direction of each head plus the temperature, too. When she asked about the contraption, he shrugged his shoulders as he mumbled something about him creating it. Jax chimed in about Jameson being humble and that he was some kind of inventor. The thought made her feel a mix of emotions. She was proud of him, which was odd, because that was a silly feeling to have for a man she hardly knew and whom was much older than her. She felt intimidated, once again, as thoughts of not being good enough for Jax and Jameson entered her mind. Finally, she felt sad about leaving them, and leaving them was a definite must so that she couldn’t get hurt. This situation wasn’t real. It couldn’t be real. Every time she glanced around their penthouse and absorbed all the decorations, the items, she could never afford, she reminded herself about her apartment. That small closet of a space was all she had. It would never be a home. It would never provide safety and warmth like their penthouse instantly made her feel. Safe. Here in this place, with Jax and Jameson, she felt safe. She didn’t think she was a scared or timid individual, so why now? Why, when being exposed to a different way of life, did she feel so minuscule and in need of reassurances?
As she placed the robe on, she dried her hair and thought about how weak Jameson and Jax made her and the power they already held over her. Just thinking about their bodies and their good looks made her feel wanton and needy. But when she thought about beyond last night and this morning, she couldn’t see herself being truly loved by them or cherished. She just didn’t think she had anything to offer them. They were at least ten years older than her. They served in the military and experienced war. They established themselves in a lucrative career and were extremely wealthy. Jameson was an inventor. An inventor! I’m not even finished with college. I live in a shitty neighborhood and piece-of-crap, one-bedroom apartment and I have bills, bills, and more bills. This isn’t going to work. I’m not good enough for them.
