In a constant rhythm, she goes up and down my shaft, causing my eyes to roll in the back of my head. I run my fingers through her hair as she hums and meets my eyes.
“If you keep that up…”
She gives me a devilish grin and inches me closer to the edge. When she notices my muscles tighten, she pulls away and watches my dick twitch. After it’s passed, she loops her leg over then slowly slides down on me until I’m buried inside her.
She topples forward, her mouth crashing against mine as she rocks her hips back and forth.
“I love you,” she whispers against my mouth.
“I love you too,” I say, gripping her ass, allowing me to go deeper. “So damn much.”
“Fuck,” she whisper-hisses, her pussy nearly breaking my dick off as she comes for the second time. Piper pushes herself up and throws her head back with a groan. It’s sexy and animalistic, and I love when she loses control like this.
“Piper,” I whisper between moans. “I’m gonna…” I can barely get the words out.
“Yes, come inside me,” she encourages, pounding her perfect pussy against me until the orgasm rips through me. I feel as if I’m floating, having an out-of-body experience as I make love to the woman I want to spend forever with.
She falls against my chest, our breathing ragged as I tightly hold her.
I hold her like she might disappear if I close my eyes.
I hold her like she’s mine, and I’m never letting her go—no matter who tries to come between us.
PIPER
ONE WEEK LATER
We stayed at the beach house while we waited for Tristan to get replacement parts for his prosthetic. His doctor’s local and was able to get him in right away to get him what he needed. We enjoyed spending quality time together until we had to go back in the public eye, but I have to admit I enjoyed being off the grid with Tristan. While he’s had my iPhone the entire time, I told him not to give it back to me until it was safe for me to be online since Jack hasn’t been found yet. The temptation to see what people were saying was strong, but I wanted to stay in our bubble as long as possible.
Today is bittersweet because we’re flying back to New York this afternoon. We spent the better part of the morning cleaning the beach house and packing. Tristan FaceTimed his parents and formally introduced me as his girlfriend, and I loved the way it sounded coming from his lips. They were shocked and excited, but so nice. I already adore his family so much. The only way I can describe them is genuine and wholesome. His mom invited us to come visit for a week. I told her Tristan taught me how to cook her homemade lasagna, and she almost burst into tears with happiness.
Before we leave for the airport, my burner phone buzzes. I look down and see Kendall’s name, so I pick it up.
“Hey, have you left yet?”
“Not yet,” I tell her, my heart rate rushing by the tone of her voice.
“Do you have a satellite there?”
“Yes, why?” I ask.
“Turn on the news,” she tells me.
I quickly do and see Jack’s picture plastered on the screen. “Tristan!” I call out, and he comes over.
“Jack Hall, the known stalker of YouTube star and billionaire heir Piper Montgomery, was found dead this morning during a recovery mission in Southern Florida. Police have been searching for him after he attempted to kidnap and murder her.”
Then they show pictures of the capsized boat from a helicopter’s view while the news anchors discuss the events that led to his death.
“Wow,” I mutter in shock, surprised no one called me to tell me before it broke on the news. “I guess that means it’s really over.”
“It is, baby.” He holds me to his chest. “He’ll never hurt you again.”
“Thanks to you,” I remind him, tilting my head up for a kiss. “I’m so relieved. Now I know he’s not hiding in the shadows or can plan his retaliation.”
“You’re safe now.”
“I always feel that way when I’m with you,” I tell him honestly. “But it’s nice to have closure.”
“Agreed.”
I suck in a deep breath and check the time.
“I guess we should get going soon,” he says, and I release him to grab some water from the kitchen.
“Just one more thing,” I say, moving to the table and fitting the final few pieces in the puzzle. I can’t help but laugh, thinking about how much of a scattered mess it was when we arrived and how it’s now complete. Just like my heart.
“Okay, now I’m ready.” I smile as he walks over.
“Looks awesome,” he says.
“You should have Easton mod podge it for us, then ship it to New York so we can frame it and put it on the wall. It’ll be a sentimental piece.”
