“Sweetheart, I’m going to taste you here.”

“No!” I gasped, turning quickly to look at him over my shoulder. “No, it’s dirty!”

But the alpha couldn’t be dissuaded.

“Naw honey. Every part of you tastes good.”

And before I could stop him, he’d bent his head and swiped my deep brown, letting his tongue trail over the tight pleats.

“Eee! Stop!” I squealed, trying to squirm away. But Shaft is so much bigger than me that it was futile. He held me in place, letting his tongue gently trail over my anus, even probing a bit into my darkest eye.

“Like I said sweetheart, no place is off limits when it comes to your body,” he rasped, lightly running his tongue up my crack before coming back down and licking me again. My rim convulsed, closing before opening to him once again, shivers running through my pussy.

And this time, I didn’t try to resist.

“Yes,” I panted, bracing my weight against the bench to give him better access. “Yes,” I said, parting my thighs. And just like that, I came on his face again, this time my bottom the object of his desire.

And these last two weeks have been non-stop sex with Shaft. The man’s wild, dirty, and there never seems to be anyone in the women’s locker room either. So we have it all to ourselves, going at each other again and again in the dirtiest of horizontal games.

But the alpha’s more than a piece of meat. He’s strong, handsome, and intelligent, and there’s actually talk between our sessions. He’s been learning about my life, and I have to say it’s a nice change from the guys at school who only seem interested in leering and making disgusting comments.

“So what were you saying about your stepmom?” Shaft asked one day while showing me how to use the press-up bench.

I strained, my biceps bulging.

“It’s nothing,” I panted from exertion. Geez, these weights were so heavy. It was a miracle that I was even attempting this exercise.

But my lover tried again.

“What did Carla say to you again?” he asked. His voice was casual, but I could hear danger lurking in the tone.

I exhaled, focusing on the bar.

“She said I have to lose weight,” were my slow words, staring as the bar as it moved further and further from my face. Good. I was getting stronger day by day. No pain, no gain, right?

Shaft frowned then.

“Naw sweetheart. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about. You’re perfect the way you are.”

I flushed even though I was in the middle of a rep, Shaft spotting me.

“I know you think that way,” I managed through another dead lift. “You’re all over me all the time.”

He nodded imperceptibly.

“That’s true, sweetheart, but I mean it. As a guy who knows all about nutrition and fitness, you’re perfect,” he said, emphasizing the word. “And I’m not just saying that because I know you in a Biblical way.”

I smiled then, a wave of happiness cresting in my breast.

“You think so?” I asked in a small voice. “You really think so?”

He met my eyes then, that blue taking my breath away.

“I know so sweetheart. That woman’s crazy. She doesn’t know the difference between muscle mass and fat, or the difference between weight training and cardio. She’s just blowing smoke up your ass.”

I sighed a little, reaching for the steel bar again.

“Well, even if Carla and William are crazy, their insistence that I lose weight is how I met you,” I say in a light voice.

Shaft’s brows draw together, his jaw stiffening.

“What do you mean?”

“What I mean is that they basically threatened me on my birthday,” I say lightly. “They said that I either lose weight, or lose my trust fund. That money was left for me by my mom, but I guess since I’m not twenty-one yet, my dad still has control,” is my rueful comment.

The alpha’s still for a moment, just thinking.

“Are you serious?” he asks slowly. “They can do that?”

I sigh.

“That’s what I thought too,” is my exasperated sigh. “But evidently, it’s all kosher. So here I am,” I try to say in a cheery voice while doing another rep. “At least I met you as part of the process.”

Shaft’s silent, spotting me as I lift the bar.

“Well, that’s fucking devastating, sweetheart,” he says. “I’m sorry.”

“Don’t be sorry,” I say, squinting as I push the heavy weights off my chest. “It’s okay. I’ll live with it, and I’m happy I met you by running this gauntlet.”

He smiles then, but his eyes are contemplative before speaking again.

“Lily,” he says slowly. “Do you really want to get back at your parents for this?”

I shake my head.

“No, it’s fine. I don’t let it bother me anymore. They want me to be someone different than who I really am, and they’ll never understand the real me.”

Shaft lets out a low growl.
