“You like her, I know you do.”
He raised his brow. “Are you starting to have feelings, Raven? You know, those pesky human emotions that bother everyone else and you always claim to be immune to.”
“I am immune to them.”
“You’re a fucking liar.”
“I’m not.”
“Then why do you want to beat down on his ass if you’re immune to them?” Ugly Beast asked.
“You’re changing the point, making me angry.”
“She’s in her own bedroom to give her space. Now leave me the fuck alone.” Ugly Beast grabbed one of the bottled juices and headed out. He wasn’t surprised to see Abriana on her own. He’d come to see in the past month she rarely approached anyone. Raven was the one to always find her, or himself.
She tended to keep to herself, and he didn’t know if he liked that or not.
“I got you a drink,” he said, handing it to her.
“Thanks.”
Several of the old ladies and club bitches were in residence today. They were getting along as per Smokey’s instructions. Lewis and Verge from their southern chapters had arrived last night, bringing in extra men, just in case.
He had arranged a meet with Sebastian Drago. It was a secret meet, one he had to take Abriana to, but she couldn’t know about the meet at the same time. It was due to take place at the rally all the bikers attended. With so many men, women, and children around, it was the perfect opportunity to arrange the meet up without anyone paying attention.
He’d not seen Drago in over fifteen years, maybe even longer, and he had no desire to see him now, but the needs of the club far outweighed his own needs.
“You want to dance?” he asked, looking toward a couple of the bitches. He couldn’t remember their names.
Since his marriage, a few of the faces of the women had changed, and he had a hard time keeping up. One of them he recognized from the porno set, but he doubted her real name was Swallow.
“It’s fine.”
The women were sexy dancing, and Abriana looked away, staring down at her hands. She was out of place, and it wasn’t just the way she dressed either. She wasn’t used to seeing women so overtly sexy and open about what they wanted.
“Have you ever been around a woman that likes sex?”
Her head lifted up, her eyes looking a little wild at his question. “Excuse me?”
“It’s a pretty reasonable fucking question. You have a place right here, and you’re nervous. Why?”
“I’m not used to … being part of something like this.”
“One of them works for us. Does porn,” he said.
“Oh.”
“Didn’t your mom or anyone else talk to you about this? About sex and stuff?”
She looked away. “Not my mother.”
“Someone did,” he said. “You’re never shocked by what I tell you. Sure, you’re a little nervous all the time, but when you sucked my cock, you weren’t afraid.”
“Should we really be talking about this here?”
“I’m not a mafia prince, princess. I say and do whatever the fuck I want. The boys hear me, they know to keep their mouths shut around you. They won’t say shit. That’s what being loyal means. You’re my woman. They can look at you, so long as I don’t mind the way they look. Touching, I’ll break their fingers, and if they try anything else, I’ll kill them. Be honest with me.”
He sat back and waited.
The guys moved around, none of them paying attention to him or to Abriana.
“It wasn’t my mom that told me about sex and what was expected of me on my wedding night. It was a woman. I don’t know her name or anything. I know she’s dead. She was in my parents’ home, and I stumbled onto her. I believe she died from stealing from someone. I’m not really sure. She’s the one to tell me about sex and men.”
“What did she say?”
“A lot. Actually. She talked about my first time. She advised I get some lube if the guy I was with didn’t know what he was doing. She said the first time would always be the worst, but after that, given time, it would be amazing. Depending on the guy. She told me about blowjobs, and what men want. How men want it. Erm, other things.”
He saw her cheeks heat up, and he wanted to know what made her like that. “What else did she say?” He leaned in close.
“I don’t want to talk.”
“I’m your husband, Abriana. Tell me.”
“Anal.” The word was whispered. “She said with the right guy and time, it was amazing.”
He burst out laughing. “I’m surprised this chick didn’t scar you for life.”
Abriana shrugged. “My mother didn’t think I was important enough to warn. After the wedding night, she doubted any husband I had would want me, so why get into talking about something that won’t happen.” She shrugged.
