“I love you,” she told the big Kindred. “Love you both, so much. But, well…” She shifted her hips. “I think I’m beginning to feel the, er, need again. That Bonding Fruit is strong stuff!”
“It certainly is.” Kalis kissed her. “And I’m more than willing to help you out again, little Mistress.”
“You haven’t called me that in a while,” Jillian pointed out breathlessly, kissing him back.
“Sorry—I know we’re equals but it slips out sometimes. Does it bother you?” Kalis asked.
“No, it’s all right,” Jillian assured him. “I don’t care what you call me as long as you make love to me again!”
He rumbled laughter laced with desire.
“As my Mistress wishes.”
Jillian smiled and pressed herself against him. In fact, she didn’t mind him calling her “Mistress” anymore. The title brought her all the way back to the Buy-All-Sell-All market, where she had first met the big Kindred and his Ursus.
