“??. ???????. ??????????.” Fuck. She begs me to fuck her harder. My mission is to obliterate her cunt. To bury my cock so far inside of her, her kidneys shift. Her body shakes as she impales herself on and off my monster, the words ‘I love you’ spilling from her mouth over and over.

“I love you too, baby. This tight pussy belongs to me. Mine.” My nuts begin to draw up, ready to blow. Reaching forward, I tweak her clit and whisper in her ear. “Come,” she screams her release, and mine blasts from me straight into her womb. My hips don’t stop taking her as our shared release drips and gushes between us.

We collapse together, breathing hard and shaking. My hand covers her heart, and she moves her hand over mine. Leaning in, I kiss her over and over, slowly but methodically. I want her to be soft and cuddly for this conversation. It’s time for answers, and I am done waiting. Her getting up and leaving was the last straw. She is hiding something, and enough is enough. “Now that you know what this is, baby, it’s time for you to tell me everything. What are you running from?”

Her eyes begin to well up, and she tucks her face into my neck. I rub her back and whisper in her ear how much I love her. I let her know that nothing will ever change us. She can trust me. I will fix it and protect her for the rest of her life. She takes a few minutes, and then she looks at me. “Ok, Anatoli. I will tell you everything.”

Chapter Six

Nikole

I take a deep breath and take strength from him. He looks like he really cares about what I am about to say, and that makes me feel better.

“My parents aren’t good people,” I begin. He takes my hands in his and coaxes me on. “They are into some bad shit. I don’t know if you’ve heard of them, the Petrov’s from New York, Brighton Beach specifically.” His eyes widen, and he nods. For some reason, shame fills me. How the hell did everyone know about them except me?

“I’ve heard of them. You must have seen some things. Is that what you are running from?”

“Yes and no. My dad tried to give me to a really old guy. I couldn’t do it.”

“I see,” he says, confused when I start to cry.

“There’s more, and it’s worse,” I say, sniffing. “The really terrible part is that I’ve left my little sister behind.”

“How old is she?” he asks.

“Sixteen, and the only thing that is keeping her safe is that she doesn’t know about them. I’ve been checking her social media. We must be the stupidest girls in the world to be the only ones in the world who didn’t know how evil and awful they are.”

“I’m sure that’s not it. They wanted you kept in the dark. They didn’t want you to think this way about them; I’m sure of that.”

“Then why give me away?” I ask. I know that’s what I am most upset about.

“Maybe he had no choice. There is always someone worse out there.”

“Maybe.”

“Were they good parents otherwise?”

“Yes. The best. If I hadn’t seen my mom kill a man, I could have let it go.”

“Well, that is bad, but we can’t choose our parents.”

“I’m afraid for Kat. I’m afraid he’ll do the same thing to her, and the only saving grace is that she's underage.”

“Then we’ll go get her.”

“Really? You’d do that for me?”

“I’d do anything for you, ?????????.” Now, dry those tears,” he says, calling me ‘little one’ and using his thumbs to dry my tears.

“You would?”

“You have no idea the lengths I am willing to go for you.” He kisses me then, gently at first, then deeper.

We make love until I am too exhausted to move. I doze on and off until my phone buzzes on the nightstand. It’s a local number that I don’t recognize.

“Hello?” I say, answering it.

“Hello! Is this Nikole?”

“Yes. This is?”

“Zoya, I’m Anatoli’s sister.”

“Oh, hi,” I say, wondering why she’s calling me.

“I was just calling to see if you were free for lunch this afternoon.”

“Yeah, sure.”

“Noon, Missy’s dinner?”

“Sounds good. See you then,” I say, hanging up.

“Who was that?” Anatoli asks sleepily.

“Your sister. She wants to have lunch.”

“I told her about you.”

“I see.”

“You’ll have to get to know her sooner or later.”

“I know,” I say, giggling when he tickles me. I can’t get over the fact that this man loves me even after hearing about my family.

Later, I sit in a booth at the diner. I’m the first to arrive, but Zoya soon comes in. I can tell it’s her because she has the same eyes as her brother.

“HI,” she says, leaning down to hug me.

“Hi,” I reply, hugging her right back.

“So I thought we should meet. Anatoli says you’re important. He’s never said that before. Since our parents died and I was kidnapped, we've been sticking close together.”
