Milo shakes off both women, excusing them with just a word.
“Damn, you’re good.”
Her eyes don’t leave mine. “I know.”
Milo walks over to us. “Mr. Black, I’m so happy you could attend.” He holds his hand, and I shake it, immediately noticing his high school class ring on his pinky as I expected.
I nod, “This yacht is something else.”
He smirks. “It would be since you built it.”
“I did.”
Milo turns his attention to Liesel who is still clinging to me like she wants to fuck me in the bathroom.
“And who is your date, Black?” Milo asks.
I wait; Liesel isn’t the type of woman who waits for a man to introduce her.
“I’m Liesel Dunn; it’s a pleasure to meet you, Milo Wallace,” she says before licking her bottom lip. Her breasts seem to have gotten bigger in the moment since Milo walked over as she presses them up in her dress.
They shake hands, but Milo’s hand lingers in Liesel’s. His eyes drop to her chest, looking in an obvious way.
“My eyes are up here, Milo,” Liesel says, catching him staring.
Milo doesn’t apologize, he just peers into her eyes, as lost in them as he was in her breasts. This will be too easy.
“The yacht leaves in twenty minutes, as soon as all the guests arrive. There will be drinking, dancing, fireworks. The whole bit. Save me a dance, Liesel.”
“I’m not sure I can be torn away from Black here,” she twirls her hand into the base of my hair.
But Milo is no longer watching her displays of affection; he's looking at Liesel like she’s a piece of meat he wants to devour. Being on my arm makes no difference to him. A man like him is used to getting what he wants. He’s rich and good looking enough to usually get his way.
But then he’s looking past her and his eyes heat even more.
I turn in the direction of his gaze.
Holy fuck.
Kai.
She’s on the yacht.
How the fuck?
I notice her body first. How could I not?
She’s in a blue-green dress. The same color as the sea and her eyes. Every other woman here is wearing black, silver, or red—not Kai. The color she chose stands out above the rest.
It should make her look childish because the color isn’t usually associated with being womanly. But it doesn’t.
It makes her look like the ocean itself. It fits her snugly, like it was made to drape over her skin. Accenting her flat stomach, perky breasts, and curvy ass.
A slit rides high up her thigh, and although the dress shows her cleavage, she’s not showing as much as Liesel. But it doesn’t fucking matter.
Because she looks so goddamn beautiful.
She swept her hair up and wears an innocent amount of makeup in contrast to every other woman here.
