“Fine, I’ll show you.” I grab his hand already spying what I saw a few rooms over.

“Shit, yeah.” Saint steps behind me, untangling our hands so his are now on my hips, the rumbling of his voice right at my ear, causing my body to shiver in delight, much like it did last night. There was no way I would have been able to sleep after listening to his voice for well over two hours on the phone without relieving the aching need Saint built up in me. My fingers were a poor substitution. My only hope is, soon, I won’t be needing them.

“It’s gorgeous, isn’t it? Goes great with muted gray walls throughout the house, the open view of the water. Add white sheets and a duvet, an oversized leather chair in that one corner that’s bare, two nightstands, and I wouldn’t do much else,” I tell him.

“I’m still stuck on the bed. Fuck.” I’m so glad the assistant isn’t anywhere around, especially with the way Saint is pressed up against me. I can feel his cock, and the low moan that escapes him makes me think of what he said.

“It is spectacular.”

“Sure, it is, but not as spectacular as it would be with you in it, lying naked with your arms tied to the posts, body arching as my mouth latches on to your pussy.” This is the first time Saint has really voiced what he wants. For the most part, he’s been taking it slow, until right now.

“Saint.” My head tips back. I want his lips on mine, no, I need them there. He doesn’t give me what I’m craving. Instead, he latches on to the side of my neck, right beneath my ear, teeth scraping at the skin, his tongue soothing it, and then his lips kissing it before he straightens back to his full height.

“Yeah, we’re buying that bed. Along with the living room set and the table set, but that bed, we’re gonna see if they can put a rush order in. We’ll be needing that very fucking soon.”

“Okay, I’ll go find the sales associate while you look around in case you see something else,” I offer.

“Nope, that’s it from here. We’re going back to my place, ordering a pizza, and relaxing. I already know what I want on the back deck furniture-wise. So, I’ll handle that while you’re at work, and we can tackle the rest along the way,” Saint states.

“As long as we can have pepperoni and pineapple on one of those pizzas.” It may be a weird combination, but the salt with the added sweetness is the perfect combination.

“You can have anything you want.” He squeezes my hip, then leaves me where I’m standing, still staring at a bed that has now put so many fantasies in my head, including Saint in that bed when I’m not there, fisting his cock, a look of rapture on his face while he moans my name. Maybe I’m wedged between his thighs, my back arched as my fingers twist and pull at my nipples, my other hand between my spread legs, showing him exactly how wet I get for him.

“Emerson,” Saint calls out, knocking me out of my reverie. I take a cleansing breath, praying like hell my face isn’t flush and giving him any inkling of what I’m thinking about.

“Coming.” I look at the bed one last time before spinning on my heel and heading towards Saint.

I no sooner get to him than he’s whispering in my ear, “Not yet you aren’t, but you will be.” A low hum leaves me, unable to string two words together.

“Do you think you can be at the house tomorrow afternoon in case I can’t be there?” he asks.

“Sure, even if I am working, it’s not like I can’t work around it. Where will you be?”

“I’m going to head back to Cocoa Beach in the morning, pack what I can, and bring it up here.” I’m confused because I have no idea what’s going on. The last couple of times, he headed back to his rented house after we parted ways, but if he’s not leaving until tomorrow, where is Saint staying tonight?

“Oh, okay,” I respond, leaving my questions for the drive back.

“That’s your next surprise, so sit tight.” Saint’s hand goes to the nape of my neck, moving my hair, massaging the tight muscles. I do what he asks while he talks to the sales associate and pays in cash for the furniture, my eyes almost bugging out of their sockets. Who the hell carries that much money around? But I don’t say anything, it’s not my business. I do know any huge transactions on his cards right now would hold up the closing, so maybe it’s his stash or something.

“Ready?” he asks once he’s done.

“Whenever you are.” He grabs my hand, and then we’re on our way to grab a pizza and head to Saint’s place.
