I can’t last for long. I distract myself with thoughts of the future. Now, my lust-filled brain can’t hold a rational thought for longer than a few seconds.

Lexi’s pussy pulses and clenches, signs that another orgasm is close. I hit her clit with the base of my cock. Three of those and she whimpers and holds me close. I let go of my iron control and I blast streams of cum into her hot pussy.

I slide beside Lexi and hold her close. We fall asleep that way, our hands wrapped around each other.

I wake up to blaring light and the yell of children from the streets and I know immediately that I’m not in my apartment. Events of the morning come to me and I smile. What a way to fall asleep. I check the time on the clock that Lexi has on the bedside table.

Eleven. I’ve slept for close to four hours. I listen for sounds of activity in the house. All is quiet. I need to pee and to shower. I borrow Lexi’s towel, wrap it around my waist, and slowly inch the door open. I don’t want to run into Vanessa. I make my way to the bathroom without running into anybody. Fifteen minutes later, I tiptoe back to Lexi’s room and get dressed. There’s no one in the house but there’s a delicious scent that teases my nostrils and is making my belly rumble with hunger. I find a note on the kitchen table.

Morning handsome! Luna and I have gone grocery shopping. Make yourself at home. There are coffee and croissants in the oven. Enjoy.

I warm the coffee, grab a couple of still-warm croissants from the oven, and carry everything to the living room. I flick on the TV and catch up with the news.

My girls return fifteen minutes later. Luna lights up when she sees me. She comes running to me as she does to her mother.

“Hello, sweetheart,” I tell her as I hold her close.

Lexi kisses my forehead. Her scent envelopes me before it wafts away when she goes to the kitchen. She returns with a bowl of snacks for Luna.

“Last night was great,” I tell her when Luna is engrossed in feeding herself and her teddy bear snacks.

“For me too,” Lexi says. “We bought stuff to make some lunch.”

She works so hard to take care of everyone. “How about I take both of you girls out for lunch? I know a certain pizza place in Santa Monica.”

“Declan’s?” she says.

“Correct. What do you think?”

“I’d love to go. Maybe we can even pass by the marina and admire Serenity,” Lexi says.

Now, this is a girl after my own heart. “Sounds like a plan.”

Half an hour later, we are ready to leave. Luna falls asleep as soon as she’s strapped into the car seat. I think how nice it will be for Luna and Lexi when they move into my condo. I don’t know what drew me to the complex which is more suited to families than a bachelor. There’s a kiddie pool as well as an onsite concierge who organizes activities for the kids, though Luna is a little too young for that. I make a mental note to myself to check out the play area for kids when I get home.

“When do you ladies want to move in?” I ask Lexi.

“When do you want us to move in?” she says.

“Today. Now. “

She laughs. “Give us a few days.”

I fight down my impatience. “Okay.”

“It’ll be odd to move out,” Lexi says. “I’ve lived in the same house forever.”

“Are you nervous?” I ask her.

“No, I trust you,” she says and then laughs. “I’ve come a long way. Once, not too long ago, I wouldn’t have even contemplated moving in with you.”

“I know,” I say. “I hadn’t given you enough reason to trust me.”

The ride to Santa Monica is smooth. Declan named his pizza joint ‘Did you say Pizza?’ and knowing him, he’ll make a success of it and soon have a chain of them.

We are lucky and manage to get a parking spot right outside the pizza place. “I like the look of it,” I tell Lexi.

“Beautiful colors,” she says.

Luna wakes up as I lift her out of the car seat. We enter the spacious joint and are met with scents of cheese and baked goodies. Declan must have seen on the CCTV cameras from his office because he comes straight out.

“You must be Luna,” he says and easily lifts her from my arms. “You’ve grown so big,” he croons. “I know someplace you’ll love.”

Declan then remembers the rest of us, and we exchange greetings. We follow him to a kid play area tucked into a corner. There are a mini slide and a mini swing. The colors draw Luna’s eyes and she wriggles out of Declan’s hold.
