“God, you feel amazing,” he moaned, his hardness slipping slowly in and out of her center, so very slowly, so very tenderly. If she thought for an instant that he loved her, she would be in tears with emotion right now. His strokes were deep and hard, despite their gentleness.
“Yes. Don’t stop,” she moaned, fighting back emotions despite anything she told herself.
“I can’t hold back anymore. Ahhh,” he moaned into her ear, his breath shallow and short.
Aileen braced herself for the letdown, for him to pull out and spill his seed all over her tits, her stomach, but instead she felt him explode inside her, filling her with every ounce of his climax.
They both lay there for a moment in silence. She didn’t know what to say or what to do. Yakov said nothing, instead rolling over on his back and laying there for a moment. Aileen didn’t know what to say. What had just happened? Why had he not pulled out?
“I need to get to my bungalow, take a shower and pack,” he said suddenly, jumping up to toss on his clothes and practically run out the door.
Aileen lay there, bewildered and finally fell asleep.
By the time they were ready to leave the following morning, she was back to believing this might just be fun for the duration of her contract, though Yakov had been acting a bit strange since he’d come by to help her with her bags. Perhaps it was just that he was anxious about getting back and playing the role of a married couple more fully. There was always the risk that someone might find out, somehow. More likely, though, was that he felt awkward about last night.
As for Aileen, she almost regretted returning to the real world, though she was eager to get back to her new house. She’d decided that she would hire Grant, the carpenter who had given her an estimate to finish her study. Being in Yakov’s study had given her a few ideas, though both her budget and her space were a bit smaller than his. Once she and Yakov were settled at home, she gave him a call to meet her there the following day. For now, a nice bath and a long nap were in order.
The dream seemed to surround her the moment she dropped off into a cozy sleep. She was flying, high above the sea, much higher than she was used to climbing with her limited wing span. Not only were Omegas weaker, but they were often smaller dragons than their Alpha counterparts. They were all but useless in a fight against a stronger, bigger shifter. Their true value was in their increased birthing capabilities and protecting their young against other Omegas, in the unlikely event they were forced into a fight. It was a lot like being the runt of a litter.
As she flew upward, she quickly realized that the shores were leaving her sight and that she should turn back, but she couldn’t. It wasn’t immediately clear why she couldn’t go back, but she soon realized there was something behind her, another dragon. As it approached, she could see the rich, deep red scales that covered its body, each one crowned along the edges with a silver line. It could well be the most beautiful dragon she had ever laid eyes upon, but it’s proximity gave her more to fear than admire.
It was an Alpha male, double in her size and he was chasing her, but why? She instinctively looked for a place to hide, spotting an island below her and quickly folding her wings against her sides in order to dive. This was one other place she held the advantage. She was quicker in free fall, her thinner frame possessing a more aerodynamic ability. By the time he realized she was diving and done the same, she was far ahead of him, his large body getting smaller above her and she continued to zoom downward at top speed.
She eased up at the last moment, dropping onto the cliffs that hung over one side of the small island. It didn’t appear to be inhabited, so that was good. It would create no danger for her to be here. Quickly, she shifted back into her human form and ran into the heavy forested area that surrounded the outer ledge of the cliff. It was dark as she ran through the heavy underbrush, branches and brambles tearing at her flesh as she tried to navigate her naked frame toward some unknown destination.
She spotted a cave ahead and thought about going into it, but decided against it. It was exactly what he would expect. If she were lucky, he would go inside and look for her, buying her more time to find some escape. Instead, she trekked farther into the woods, rounding toward the right rather than continuing in the straight line she was headed. If she could get back near the cliffs, but stay in the wooded area, she could shift and dive into the water. Perhaps it would give her a chance to shoot down into the deeper part of the sea and remain hidden as she skirted the island and found another place to hide.
