“Tomorrow?”
“We have a friend with a private airplane. We could be in Las Vegas by this time tomorrow, having our honeymoon.”
“I have to work tomorrow.”
Seth smiled. “If we promise not to be gone too long, and we swear a blood oath that you’ll come back, Gray will let you have time off. I just know it.”
“How?”
“I’ll order him to do it. I’m his boss.”
“Favoritism?”
“You bet.”
Jessica thought a spontaneous trip to elope was the most romantic thing she could think of. “Okay. Let’s go.”
They all promised to love, cherish, and feed their unsettled lust for each other on a regular basis.
As Garrett and Seth had promised, by the exact same time the next night, they were celebrating their wedding night by the glow of the lights on the Las Vegas strip.
Jessica finally got her real honeymoon. Even if it wasn’t the tropical location she’d always pictured, at least she had two amazing men in her life from now on and her very happily ever after.
Epilogue
One week later
Two days after returning from Las Vegas, Jessica woke up in Seth’s bed to the smell of luscious bacon wafting nearby. Today was her last day off before returning to work. There was that blood oath she’d signed for Gray. And actually, she was anxious to get back. Even though the past week had been marvelous.
She reached, stretching out her arms on either side of her to discover she was alone beneath the sheets. Another delicious scent of bacon tempted her to head for the kitchen and discover what else was on the menu.
Jessica opened her eyes and sat up in time to see Garrett carrying a tray into the bedroom. Her tummy rumbled with the sincere desire for food, hoping it was imminent as the additional aroma of coffee drifted past her nose.
“Is that what I think it is?” she asked.
“If you think it’s breakfast in bed, then you’ve got it all figured out.”
Her stomach growled loud enough for him to hear. He grinned and placed the tray over her lap.
“How do I rate this?”
Garrett sat down beside her. “Seth and I are attempting to do our best to keep you a happy wife.”
She snagged a piece of crisp bacon, chomped a bite of salty goodness into her mouth, and said, “You’re doing a great job.”
Jessica caught sight of her wedding ring, sparkling from a ray of sun dancing across her diamonds. She stared at her hand in wonder.
“Do you like being married?” he asked, also staring at her diamond wedding set.
“Do you?” she asked and then forked a bite of perfect veggie-and-cheese omelet into her mouth.
His gaze zeroed in intensely when he said, “I love it.”
She chewed thoughtfully and smiled at him. “Well, I love it, too. Especially breakfast in bed.”
“Wait until you discover what I’ve got planned for after breakfast.”
“Is it sex?” she asked, hopefully.
He laughed. “I also love that you never seem to get enough of us no matter how many times we go for it. Round after round, your two weak men falter, while you rally and say, ‘More, more, more.’”
She grinned. “I might be making up for lost time still.”
“And that works well for me.”
“Don’t you have to go to the bank sometime soon?”
“I’m taking another day off to satisfy my wife.”
This time she laughed. “I see. Well, that works for me, too.”
Jessica finished her bacon and eggs, and sipped her coffee as Garrett watched her enjoy each perfect bite very carefully.
She offered to share, but he shook his head. “I already ate so I could watch you. Did you know that I really like watching you?”
Jessica nodded and chugged down the last bit of cream-laced caffeine. Then she heard the front door open.
Seth soon came up the stairs whistling all the way. He often whistled when he was very happy. He strolled into the room as Garrett picked up her tray.
“Good. I didn’t miss anything.”
Jessica smiled at him. “So you aren’t working today either?”
“Nope. I had one small thing to take care of at the Enclave Inn, and I did it, and now I’m free. Whatever shall we do with the rest of our day?” He slid into bed with her, kissed her cheek, and nuzzled her neck the way she loved.
